Welcome to G&G Studio. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using this site or engaging our services.
1. General Information
G&G Studio is a creative design studio based in Perth, Western Australia, specialising in brand identity, web design, packaging design, and social media design.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, branding, and design work, is the property of G&G Studio unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
2. Services & Payments
a) All projects require a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit before work commences.
b) Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal or invoice and must be adhered to. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.
c) Final files will not be released until full payment has been received.
d) Any work requested outside of the agreed project scope will be quoted separately and may incur additional fees.
3. Intellectual Property
a) All concepts, drafts, designs, graphics, and creative assets remain the property of G&G Studio until full payment has been received.
b) Upon final payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables is transferred to the client for agreed-upon use.
c) G&G Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
a) Clients must provide all required content, assets, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure project timelines are met.
b) Delays in communication, content delivery, or approvals may result in timeline extensions and/or additional fees.
c) Clients are responsible for ensuring that all supplied content (including images, text, trademarks, and product information) is legally owned or licensed for use.
5. Revisions
a) The number of revisions included in your project will be specified in your proposal.
b) Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged at an hourly rate or quoted separately.
c) Major changes after approval of a concept may be treated as a new project.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
a) Deposits are non-refundable.
b) If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the cancellation date.
c) If G&G Studio is unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be considered based on work completed.
7. Limitation of Liability
a) G&G Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our designs or services.
b) Clients are responsible for ensuring that their final designs comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, including packaging regulations, trademark laws, and advertising standards.
c) We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers, hosting providers, printers, developers, or external vendors.
8. Website & Digital Services
a) For web design projects, ongoing hosting, maintenance, and platform subscription fees are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
b) G&G Studio is not responsible for platform updates, third-party plugin issues, or changes made to the website by the client after project completion.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Western Australia.
10. Changes to Terms
G&G Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
