1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the services provided by G&G Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Services

G&G Studio provides creative services including, but not limited to:

  • Website design and development

  • Brand identity and visual design

  • Social media design and content creation

  • Marketing and digital design services

The scope, timeline and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement prior to commencement.

3. Quotes, Deposits & Payments

All quotes provided are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

  • A deposit may be required before work begins.

  • Full payment must be made in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

  • Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery.

All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.

4. Revisions & Scope

Each project includes a set number of revisions, as outlined in your proposal.

  • Additional revisions or work outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

  • Any changes to the project scope must be approved in writing before work continues.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete content, assets and feedback

  • Respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe

  • Approve work stages as required

Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All creative work remains the property of G&G Studio until full payment has been received.

Upon final payment:

  • The client receives rights to use the final approved deliverables

  • G&G Studio retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, on this website and across marketing channels, unless otherwise agreed in writing

7. Website Content & Accuracy

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on this website, G&G Studio does not guarantee that all content is error-free, complete or current.

We reserve the right to update or change website content at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

G&G Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
Any work completed up to the termination date must be paid for in full.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
