A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due prior to final file delivery. For larger-scale projects, split payments can be arranged upon request. Australian clients can pay via bank transfer, and international payments are accepted through PayPal or Wise.
Communication is primarily handled via email and scheduled calls to keep everything structured and documented. For larger projects, we may use a shared project board to track progress, feedback and key milestones.
